FREE SHIPPING on every order! 🎃 We ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Our products ship from partner warehouses, so delivery time depends on where your item is stocked. Each product page shows which applies:
- Items from our US warehouse: usually 3–8 business days after shipping
- Items from our international warehouse: usually 7–15 business days after shipping
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Need it by Halloween? Please order early to leave time for processing and delivery. The busy season can add a few extra days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start updating, especially for international shipments.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your address is complete and correct. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.
